I'm with your husband:-) I brought home a container of salsa yesterday from my favorite local restaurant, and between me and my husband it was gone by the end of the night. Fresh salsa is the best!

Angie - Whatever Deb and I can make, you can too. I'm a full time working mom of teenagers. Every once in a while I attempt something a little more difficult, but for the most part it's anyone can do it cooking.

Linette - I think both ways are great. The sandwich would be more portable. My husband devoured the chicken and salsa - he's a salsa fiend.

Love lettuce wraps and that one sounds good.

I totally get inspired by reading blog posts. I don't cook but I have tried my hand at some baking from recipes on food blogs and only one didn't turn out. Well, two really but the 2nd was at least edible, it just didn't turn into cookies like I had planned, they all rand together so we called them cookie crumbles because I had to pull them apart. It worked!
