		<description>Oh yes - very important - don't fill the water bottle all the way as it needs to expand. I like the wash cloth tip too!</description>

		<description>Only fill them part way Deb, or you will have a bottle that splits, or has a big bubble in the side like my daughter does.  

Another tip.  I send a frozen wet wash cloth for wiping hands and faces.  It really cools them down.  They can wrap it on the backs of their necks too.</description>
