I hope everyone has enjoyed their Memorial Day – and I thank those of you who serve and have served for our country. Summer doesn’t officially start until the end of June, but the season of the sun is upon us. The last few days of 90 degree heat seemed to lead summer straight to our doors. We don’t use our oven in the summer if we can avoid it, using the grill or cooking on top of the stove. What are you looking forward to this summer – grilling new things, traveling and new dining places, gatherings with old friends, meeting new friends? I look forward to it all.
