Tonight – Grilled yellow squash to perfection. Though my husband did escape to the computer again. Geez.

We grill everything! Sometimes we do the corn in the husks also (soaking them first). If I forget to soak them then we husk them and put them in a foil packet (you can put 3 or 4 in a packet) and put seasoning on and throw in 2 ice cubes. Throw it all on the grill – nice and tender.

We grill zucchini a lot also – just did it the other night. I had small ones so I just sliced in half lengthwise. Put a little olive oil and s&p on them and you are good to go.

Hubby has a nice chair outside in the shade by his grill – it is HIS chair. He just sits and relaxes while grilling – helps keep things from burning.

Oh yea and hubs does that too, plays games and then forgets about the food on the grill LOL
