With the current Beef concerns, you’ll be thrilled to be introduced to Roseda Beef. They are careful about raising beef. The whole process from breeding to aging is done in a controlled way to ensure the highest quality beef.

- The cattle are bred to Roseda bulls or Roseda approved bulls.
- Roseda Beef is a family-owned and operated purebred Black Angus cattle farm.
- The cows are on a wholesome diet of corn, hay, soybean meal, vitamins, minerals and fresh water.
- They don’t use hormones or chemical additives and only use antibiotics when medically necessary.
- They dry age all of their beef from 14 – 21 days
- All the cattle are assigned a number and tracked from their conception. They can easily determine which cattle produces superior beef and know which animal produced a particular cut.
How do you find Roseda Beef burgers, steaks, roasts, etc? Roseda Steakburgers can be purchased online at www.RosedaBeef.com. They are delivered straight to your door, in a cooler, frozen. Mine were still frozen when I found them on the deck.
Their FAQs page will tell you everything you need to know about delivery of the steakburgers. http://www.rosedabeef.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=6#Not_Home

I’d get their Delmonico steaks and cook them medium rare. They melt in your mouth when cooked this way.
These look good. Great for the BBQ!

I’d buy some of their Delmonico Steaks. I’d rub them with a little olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and some fresh parsley from our garden, and then I’d sear them in my stove-top grill pan til they were cooked medium rare. cdziuba@aol.com
I would pick the New York Strip steaks. I would grill them, adding nothing for flavor since they are such top quality meats. Thank you for the contest.
My favorite is the New york strip steak. cooked on the grill with lots of pepper. A side of a baked potato and some grilled veggies. Thank you for this wonderful contest. Luck to all who enter!!!!!

I would get the sirloin steaks and cook them on on George Foreman grill (I’m in an apartment, so what can you do?)
I would definitely choose either the Porterhouse or T-Bone steaks. Since they are so good all by themselves, I would just lightly season the steaks with salt, pepper and a little bit of garlic powder. I would cook them over hot coals on the grill and enjoy them with potato salad and corn on the cob. YUM!!
The chuck roast…I’d put it in the slow cooker and have a meal ready when
we got home from work. Yum!

I would get the Porterhouse steaks and would grill them medium rare
Wow! What a great giveaway! My favorite items on their site would have to be the Filet Mignon, cooked medium rare! Or the Delmonicos! YUM!!! Thank you for the opportunity- those steakburgers would be excellent cooked up on the grill!
The 40 steakburgers sound great. Then I’d have plenty on hand for quick to fix meals. Hubby likes to grill, so most them would be fixed that way, along with veggies (mushrooms, green and red pepper slices, small onions, cherry tomatoes) on skewers over the grill, too. We don’t like much marinade on food, so he’s grill them plain and each person could add whatever they wanted for toppings. I’m hungry already!
I’d like the steak-burgers and we’d grill them with Spanish onion and sliced long green chiles.
Oh~the Poterhouse Steaks look Nummy!! UMM~UMM!! I would cook them on the grill med rare and serve with mushrooms!!
I would get the filet mignon and have my husband cook them on the grill!
This meat sounds very good! I would probably want the steakburgers and would grill them.
I would choose the steakburgers and bring them to my brothers house to cook them on the grill.
I would love to slowly grill a porterhouse with a slathering of freshly made garlic butter. Yummy.
I would get the new your steak, put it on the grill!! MMMMM!! yummy!
Steakburgers on the grill!
I’d take those steakbugers and grill them slowly over charcoal.
It would have to be the Delmonico Steaks done over the BBQ.
I could seriously rock a filet mignon or porterhouse. I make my own marinates and dry rubs and grill to perfection. I like to try different products so I could also go for the steak sampler – I’d grill up the different steaks for my family to share.
Shame they don’t have ribs – I’d slow cook them in my smoker.
I would select the Whole Tender Roast and marinate it for 24 plus hrs in a bourbon/brown sugar marinade then slow grill it to a medium rare
