With the current Beef concerns, you’ll be thrilled to be introduced to Roseda Beef. They are careful about raising beef. The whole process from breeding to aging is done in a controlled way to ensure the highest quality beef.

  • The cattle are bred to Roseda bulls or Roseda approved bulls.
  • Roseda Beef is a family-owned and operated purebred Black Angus cattle farm.
  • The cows are on a wholesome diet of corn, hay, soybean meal, vitamins, minerals and fresh water.
  • They don’t use hormones or chemical additives and only use antibiotics when medically necessary.
  • They dry age all of their beef from 14 – 21 days
  • All the cattle are assigned a number and tracked from their conception. They can easily determine which cattle produces superior beef and know which animal produced a particular cut.

How do you find Roseda Beef burgers, steaks, roasts, etc? Roseda Steakburgers can be purchased online at www.RosedaBeef.com. They are delivered straight to your door, in a cooler, frozen. Mine were still frozen when I found them on the deck.

Their FAQs page will tell you everything you need to know about delivery of the steakburgers. http://www.rosedabeef.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=6#Not_Home

I want serious steak for a serious appetite, so I choose the Delmonico steaks and would grill them just between medium rare and medium!! For steaks of this quality, I don’t want lots of seasonings or spices – just a dash of salt and pepper. Thanks a million for the chance to win!

  • Tammy Darling

I would like the Delmonico Steaks & would have my husband grill them. Thanks for the contest.

  • Suzie Lockhart

Steakburgers, seasoned with lemon pepper and Worchestershire sauce, well done on the grill, with lots of good side dishes like potatoe salad, baked beans, sliced tomatoes. Mmmmm.

Although this time of year we grill often, I’d like to try the rump roast for the crockpot for those days when we don’t have time to make dinner. I’d throw in some onions, potatoes and carrots, plus garlic and black pepper to make it like Mom used to.

  • kathy pease

I would get the steakburgers — we’re a simple and casual bunch around here! Since we don’t have a grill to replace our old one that we got rid of yet, I’d have to make them on my electric kitchen grill (so sad!) — but I’m sure they would be yummy anyway!

  • Julianne

My hubby would like the steakburgers cooked on the grill. He does not like his meat “doctored up,” but prefers to let the “yummy” taste come through as naturally as possible.

    Thanks for the opportunity!

  • Kayte Warrs

I am a shameless burger addict! I would cook it medium, and top it with grilled onions and dill havarti cheese and maybe some feta too!

The meat just melts in your mouth and always so tender. I would love to get my hands on one of their roasts and make it just like their recipe on their website Garlic-Herb-Crusted Beef Roast so delicious. Thank-you to the wonderful sponsors.

I would buy the porterhouse steaks, do a light rub of black pepper and jack daniels sauce, not too much, wouldnt want to overpower the taste of the steak, then I would grill on the BBQ until medium rare, only turing once to keep it nice and juicy. YUMMY

  • Carolyn

I would go for the 4 bone rib roast and cook that up with some garlic mashed potatoes and a fresh medly of squash. If the meat is good all you need is a little salt and pepper and fresh garlic and herbs!!!

  • Donna Holmberg

I’d buy their Steakburgers and flatten two burgers out a bit, then sandwich blue cheese between them before putting them on the grill – grilled blue burgers rock, especially when you put a bit of buffalo wing sauce on the bun instead of ketchup… my Buffalo Blue Burgers are always a hit at my BBQ parties.

  • Steph

I would choose the Steakburgers. Do a little dry rub on them and toss them on the grill.
