Jennie-O Giveaway – There will be 8 winners!

Here’s a funny story. Originally, I was supposed to receive some coupons for a giveaway – only they never arrived. The delivery company said it had been delivered. My daughter said there was a knock, but when she got to the door, no one was there, and nothing was there. We searched and didn’t find the large envelope of coupons anywhere. I worried that we had a thief following the delivery people sneaking up on our porch and running off with the goodies. What else could have happened? The great PR people sent me another large envelope with the coupons for our current contest.
Here’s the funny part. Yesterday there were torrential downpours and my husband was closing windows. Our storm door has a screen and storm window that tuck down into the door. Hubby pulled up the storm window and up came the first envelope containing the first set of coupons. I wonder if anything else is stuck down in the door.
So here’s the deal.
1. I’m extending the contest until next Tuesday.
2. We will now have 8 winners – 2 coupons a piece – 3.00 each coupon for a total of 6.00 per winner.
3. Same rules as before – with date change.
The Rules:
- US residents only
- One entry per household
- Go to the Jennie-O Products page and let me know what your favorite Jennie Product is (or the one you would like to try)
- Tell us how you would prepare it
- Contest ends – June 9th Midnight
The Prize:
- Eight Winners
- Two coupons worth 3 dollars – 6.00 in coupons/ person.
4. Extra entries.
One extra entry each(2 total) for a tweet or if you subscribe to either @Cookerati , a reader or an RSS feed. Leave a comment with a link to your tweet and/or your twitter name and let me know if you subscribe.
I will combine the comments from both posts, so any comments from the other post will still work for this one.

I’d like to try the Sweet Lean Italian Turkey Sausage. Thanks!
oops – forgot to mention how I’d prepare the sausages – I’d cook them in some spicy spaghetti sauce then serve on healthy pasta
I tweeted about the giveaway!

That applewood smoked loin sounds good. For the summer I would probably grill it.
Cool-the extra lean ground turkey breast has caught my interest!! It would taste awesome as a spicy “burji”(scramble) out of it just like I did with the tuna and tofu(recipes are on my blog).Never tried making a turkey burji before-but I’m guessing it’ll taste great
I’ve just subscribed to your RSS feed!

The Sweet Lean Italian Turkey Sausage is my favorite – I use it in Italian Sausage and Tomato Pasta (http://thinkinsidetheicebox.com/?p=11) and in calzones or pizza.
I also RTed the giveaway @Juliet_B
The Premium Basted Bone-In Young Turkey Breast would be wrapped in foil with some cavenders greek seasoning and slow cooked in a smoker using applewood and mesquite for a few hours. It will come out so moist it will melt in your mouth.served with seasoned smashed red potatoes, corn on cob a light both gravey, spiced apple rings and grilled cuban bread ..yum!
I like their Lean White Turkey Roast. I cook it in the oven and slice it up. I serve it with mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans and rolls.
I would love to try the Italian sausage, haven’t had that one before – thanks for the giveaway!!
We like the savory roast turkey breast tenderloin. I don’t know about you, but after working a full day and running to one of my son’s to track events and then both boys to boy scout events I like to pop that baby in the oven. Cook up some frozen veggies, mash potatoes and gravy. Voila. Quick, easy satisfying meal for the family to eat. Afterwards, a bowl of ice cream for dessert. What more could you want?
