Jennie-O Giveaway.

Written by Diana - June 1, 2009 13 Comments

Jennie O Did you get in on the Biggest Loser/Jennie-O coupon giveaway?  During the Biggest Loser Finale, you needed to sign up for the Jennie-O Recipe Book, plus if you timed it right, you would receive a coupon from Jennie-O.  I haven’t received my recipe book and coupon yet, how about you?  Fortunately for all of us, Cookerati was sent some Jennie-O coupons to giveaway.  I received a couple to use also and today went shopping for some of my Jennie-O favorites.  This isn’t a first time thing for my family, we’ve been eating Jennie-O for years.  The turkey sausage patties are one of my favorites, I use them for Sunday breakfasts.  My sister suggested the turkey and gravy and the Tequila Lime Turkey Breast Tenderloins looked really interesting.

Tequila Lime Tenderloin

For dinner, Tequila Lime Turkey Breast Tenderloin was served along with brown basmati rice and peas.  The tenderloin was delicious and the tequila lime marinade gave it an extra delicious little bite to it.  It was baked in the oven, though it would be great on the grill also.  We were low on propane, so this time I used the oven.  The tenderloins are just great. I know all of you probably have some great suggestions for a Jennie-O dinner and we’d like to hear them.

Here’s our Jennie-O giveaway.  We are giving 4 people – 2 coupons  for Jennie-O products.  These coupons are 3.00 a piece for a total of 6.00 for each winner.

The Prize:

Good Luck and Thank You Jennie-O.

I like the Cheddar Turkey Bratwurst on the gas grill. Then served with garlic bread and corn on the cob.

Our favorite Jenni-O product is the Hot and Sweet turkey sausages. We put them in pasta. One of my favorite meals. I would like to try their Applewood Smoked turkey breast tenderloin. Sounds good! Not sure how hubby would prepare it but I’m sure it would be something creative.

I like their lean turkey kielbasa. I buy a bag of sauerkraut and warm it and the kielbasa together. It’s also super quick for those nights when we’re rushed,

I would like to try the premium basted bone-in turkey breast. I have not seen it in my market. At Thanksgiving I prepare extra dressing and freeze it to use all year. So I would prepare a traditional turkey day dinner anytime.

I would like to try the breakfast bacon. I would microwave it and serve it with homemade biscuits and scrambled eggs.
    Thanks!

I love their Lean White Turkey Roast. I like to serve it with mashed potatoes, green beans and macaroni and cheese. One year for Christmas my husband, who was in the Navy, was supposed to work. They let him come home instead of staying on the submarine. We found a grocery store that was open till noon and this was the only kind of turkey they had. We laugh about that whenever we buy one.
