Ha! That is funny, it's so great that they liked it enough to be dessert. Your grandkids have great taste.

One day last week we had this for lunch. Later that day I was running errands and didn't get home until late so hubby and the grandkids had already eaten supper. I asked hubby to warm up the leftover Keilbasa from lunch for me.
While I was eating I got a phone call and when I got back to the table my 2 year old grandson and his 5 year old sister were finishing off the last of my meal!!!

I asked them what they were doing and the 5 year old told me they were having dessert! She said "I was hoping grandpa would give us some ice cream, but this was okay."

If I add sauerkraut, or pickles to anything, I'm eating alone. I have some in the closet, but I use it sparingly, otherwise it would be very lonely around here.
