		<description>We have one and use it at least once a week.   We cheat though, using a pizza shell, not dough.  We&#039;ve become extremely particular about what brands we use as far as the shell and the sauce go.  Also, I use dried basil, oregano and garlic powder on the sauce and put onions and peppers on the pizza before adding the mozzarella.  

No kitchen should be without.
