My spices are in a cabinet that's up high (I can barely reach them). My husband always wants to throw them out because he doesn't see the purpose in them and doesn't think I use them. Of course he's never home when I'm cooking supper, and if he is he's outside somewhere not checking out what spices I'm using for the marinade, or soup. Even when he grills I do the before prep. He thinks food just magically tastes good, lol. My son gets it a little, he loves to experiment with food, but he'd look at me like I was crazy if I actually organized my spices. That’s awesome.
