KitchenAid and Susan G. Komen for the Cure® have teamed up with Gourmet and three celebrity chefs to offer you a new way to support the fight against breast cancer.
Gourmet executive chef Sara Moulton, Blue Hill and Blue Hill at Stone Barns executive chef and co-owner Dan Barber, and Jean Georges restaurant executive pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini will host an exclusive 16-person fundraising dinner in Gourmet’s Private Dining Room at 4 Times Square in New York City on October 1, 2008. Each chef will create a different dish and mingle with dinner guests between courses.

Baking Delights is having another Boobie Bake-off Sometime between October 1st and October 15th, post a recipe to something pink. Then link back to Baking Delights. Between October 17th and 24th, people can vote for 1.00 per vote on their favorite looking recipe (or rather picture of the recipe item). The proceeds go to Susan G. Komen Foundation. You don’t have to be a blogger, there are all different ways to enter.
Here’s a video from the Columbus Dispatch Kitchen with Robin Davis and the Spielman’s. They are making a fiesta corn dip and talking about The Fan 1460 Cookbook which raises money for cancer research and the Spielman fund.
