Sunny Fruit Smoothie – Great for an Early Spring Day
Written by Diana - March 21, 2010 1 Comment
My husband made us a couple of fruit smoothies that were so delicious for a sunny afternoon treat. We’ve had our juicer for about 20 years now but it’s a basic machine, not big and fancy. It does the job for us though. When he’s in the mood, he’ll grab a few fruits and veggies to make something delicious for us. One Pomegranate in the fridge was bad, the other not and the man decided if he didn’t use the good one right away it would probably end up as compost. That made him decide it was smoothie day. This is a sunny smoothie, with a bright sweet taste for a bright sunny day.
Ingredients:
1 Pomegranate
1 Orange
2 Apples
3 carrots
Peel the pomegranate and the Orange. Rinse the other fruit well. Put through juicer and pour into glass with some ice cubes.
That’s it.
