Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil Giveaway

Star is running a Flavors of the Mediterranean Recipe Contest. They want us to see that replacing our butter in our recipes with Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a healthier choice. I received some Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil to use in my recipes in place of butter and last night I made some Dijon Cod using EVOO instead of butter to make the sauce, which worked out really well.
To promote their contest Star is sponsoring a giveaway a week for the next 4 weeks on Cookerati. The prize is a complimentary gift pack from STAR® Fine Foods which includes a 17 oz. bottle of STAR® Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a “Taste of the Mediterranean” recipe book.
