Guacamole is a great way to jazz up sandwiches instead of using mayonnaise! Another option you may want to try is using prepared dips from your grocer’s deli, like Santa Barbara Bay Caramelized Onion and Roasted Garlic Dip, which can add a lot of flavor to any sandwich. You can find more information and some delicious sandwich ideas at http://www.santabarbarabay.com/Recipes.cfm?s=0&c=5&p=0.

I've been a huge avocado fan for years. Another idea for you is to use avocado to make tuna or chicken salad instead of mayo (or at least, cut down on the mayo). It's delicious and creamy and a lot better for you than just mayo! Oh, and you can blend half an avocado into your favorite vinaigrette to make it creamier. OK, now I'm hungry! ;)
