So without further ado -
Week 2 winner is: Carol who likes –the Chicken, Gorgonzola and Pear Salad recipe.
Week 3 winner is: Mary M who said – I use olive oil a lot for pasta & sautéing, but not really “in” a recipe. The Grilled Rosemary Shrimp & Pasta on their website sounds good.

I would try the Fusilli with Leeks and Red Onions, but I am not sure how I would the leeks. I do know I love EVOO. I use it nearly every day.

I’d love to try the Purple (Cauliflower) Risotto. I think the purple cauliflower would make it look even more interesting, but it would be tasty even with white cauliflower. I just signed up for your newsletter – this looks like a great site.

My favorite Cookerati recipe that uses olive oil is Root Vegetable Casserole in White Wine Sauce. I like to serve the veggies over couscous.

I like both the Gingered Carrots & Kohlrabi and Fusilli with Leeks and Red Onions recipes. I’ve got both leeks and kohlrabi in my garden right now!
